Had a great experience with Chad with Volkswagen of Des Moines. Additionally, I shopped around at several other dealerships, and what stood out to me was the professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness of everyone I interacted with. Chad listened to my budget, what I was looking for, and found the right fit for me. I love my 2025 Jetta Sport and even though it was a year old with 31,000 miles on it, it felt and looked like a brand new car. I will definitely be back and will and have recommended them to friends and family.

Emror was the best overachiever sales person I’ve ever met. On the day I so happened to car shop it was negative 10 degrees outside and he filled the gas tank and warmed up the car before I arrived to test drive it. Personal service is great. Worked with Jontay. He kept me up to date on service to be done. Always kept me in the loop. I had oil change done and an 80,000 mile complete check up. Ended up needing to fix an oil leak as well. However, the overall cost seemed steep, but I hear foreign cars are just more expensive to fix.
