I found a Honda CR-V listed for a reasonable price. We went in to test drive and they took very good care of us. They found the best interest rate for me and got to a monthly payment I could afford! They even threw in an oil change twice a year for as long as I own the car at any lithia location. We drive in from an hour away and arrived an hour before they closed. They stayed late to help us out!

My college-bound son and I purchased a used VW Jetta and Andrew was our salesman. He was excellent! I appreciated the manner in which he dealt with my son -- and me. Andrew was also extremely knowledgeable regarding the Jetta and other cars on the lot. He went to bat for us with the price we wanted to pay and we were able to secure that price!! After the sale, Andrew was great with following up to ensure we were happy with the car. We will definitely seek out Andrew again when my husband and I are ready to purchase! Our interactions with Dwanye and Lamont were not as involved as with Andrew, and both gentlemen were professional! We did have minor glitches with the service department, but were they quickly and professionally resolved by Matt Johnson. He made it right. We will definitely shop at Lithia Motors again!

I made an appointment to have my car serviced for an oil change, recall, and an issue with the passenger door handle. It was questionable due to the parts/issues on the door handle if it would be ready same day or not. I told Austin when I dropped my car off to call my cell phone, that I would be leaving work at 3, and confirmed the correct phone number with him. The Service Manager Matt and my husband know each other, and he called him to advise of the issues, but said that Austin would still be calling me. No phone call was received on my cell phone that day. When I returned to work the following day, I had a voicemail on my work phone at 4:10. While I appreciate that my husband was called, it is my car. I did speak with Matt on Thursday, and he did apologize for Austin’s error. When I arrived to pick up my car, Austin was walking in at the same time that I was, and he did not even acknowledge me. I have been in sales and service for many, many years. The very least he could have done was to say hello, or hey, I’m sorry I didn’t get you called. I also understand how these surveys work since my husband is also in the business. I will not ding you your stars, but wanted someone to know. And while some women may not care about this, to me it felt like they were calling my Dad, or that they had to call my husband because I couldn’t possibly understand.

Had another great experience at VW of Des Moines. Cheyenne is awesome! Was kept informed about service to my Jetta, pick up was quick and easy. If you need service work done to your VW, call and ask for Cheyenne!
