Service was done good.They did it right . I wish they reopen the quick lube option. It takes a lot of time to get an appointment just for oil change.


Jason Halstead provided outstanding customer service. He kept me informed regarding an unexpected repair that required a part from a manufacturer that had a COVID-related shutdown. He provided me with a loaner vehicle even though the repairs took a couple weeks. And he notified me on progress and when the car was ready. Jason was excellent. My only complaint with the process is that it was impossible to reach any service person by phone. I ended up driving to Lithia because it was faster than waiting for someone to answer the phone (which is ridiculous).


Picked up a screw in a tire, next to sidewall, knowing that Lithia should have a match for my AWD Tiguan I went to the Dealership where it was explained that they were down 4 Techs, so wait might be a bit, but they were happy to put me in the lineup. I was kept aware of progress and estimated time of completion. My repairs took longer than expected but I was given a discount for the delay, so i was happy.

The representative that helped me explained the services I received and asked about. The final bill also matched my expectations - which doesn't always happen at service centers.

We were interested in a 2013 Highlander and went in to look at it on Memorial Day. We were very happy to see it pulled up before we even got there by our sales person Elvis. He was very professional and courteous to my family! Anando the Sales Manager worked with Elvis and us and made the negotiation part of the deal very easy and left us feeling pleased to do business with them! Anando and Elvis are great guys and we would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

Due to running late for an oil change I was able still get my vehicle in. Service tech was nice and helpful and text msg was clear and understanding



Chris was amazing. Ferrus was not. I know ferrus was busy, but he didn’t call me back until 15 minutes before closing. He should have taken time to call me - I left several messages.

My 2013 VW Passat TDI had an issue with the AdBlue heater. It was taken care of under warranty (the car is 9 years old) and the service technicians did a good job of assessing other needs and making recommendations on things I should consider having done and things that will be coming up in the next 20,000 miles-ish range. Communication was great - the new service tool is awesome!




I was looking to trade in my Jeep and fell in love with the Taos! AJ was my salesman and has excellent customer service! I test drove one Taos but was out of my price range. He called me maybe 2 days later with a different model and I knew it was the one! He was so helpful and determined to find what I was looking for and made it happen. I couldn't be happier with my new Taos and thank you to everyone at the dealership that helped out!!!

Took the car in for a four-wheel alignment. The problem was not going to be able to be fixed with just an alignment. They were very helpful in explaining what all was wrong. I ended up taking the car to the dealership where I had bought it to be fixed., since it was more than a warranty issue.

Purchased a used car and traded in a car with 92k miles. All of the people we dealt with were friendly and we felt they treated us right. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff, went in thinking my alternator needed replaced and thankfully found out I just needed a new battery which saved me $$$$ have to say the coffee maker was the coolest one I have seen yet- so many choices and great quality too!
