I went in for an oil change my first time there. It was easy enough and they were done within an hour. Very satisfied with everything!
Had a great customer service experience with Lithia on my last visit. Provided a loaner while my car was in service. Upon returning my car to me it looked like new! Couldn’t be more happy with the level of service provided. Hope to keep coming back if this is the level they will be providing.
Completed when promised and found time to take care of a recall that I was not aware needed done. Professional yet individual attention. Good communication as to status of service.

I purchased two manual transmission, diesel golf's and had them serviced at this dealer since 2005. My 2010 model still feels like new to me- especially each time I get it back from being serviced here. I know my car better since the service department does such a great job explaining everything that comes up. The parts department is always super helpful with little items as well. The shuttle service is awesome and I don't miss beat from my schedule on days when I take my car in for service. My last few visits were just for factory recall updates and oil changes (I have lifetime oil package) so nothing out of pocket for these last couple visits but still get amazing service!
I frequent VW of DSM for my oil changes in my cars. While I was in this time for an oil change, I had them change the fuel filter due to the weather getting colder. I typically do all the maintenance on my own cars, but with the purchased for life oil changes I have that done at the dealership. Cheyenne was quick and prompt to get me in and out. The service was completed in a very timey manner and was promptly notified when done. After picking my car up and getting home, when I exited my car I could smell fuel. I popped the hood to notice that the fuel filter housing was covered in fuel, passenger side inner fender, belt drive area, and lower engine cover all had fuel on them. I grabbed some brake-clean and rags. I cleaned the area then test drove the car. The filter housing was not leaking, it was not cleaned after servicing. For the hour of labor I was charged to change the fuel filter (actual 30 min task), I shouldn't have to clean up spilled fuel in the engine bay. I am in no way unpleased with the work done, just being honest.
I was traveling in Iowa visiting friends and experienced a check engine light as well as the vehicle shifting in safe mode and only allow me to drive at 45 mph. My family and I where planned to head back to Michigan in only a few days and we were desperate for assistance. Perry in service did and outstanding job in juggling the calendar to get us in and fixed up so we could make it home. He checked in on me several times while I waited to ensure I was aware of the status of the repair and the timing. I couldn't be more thankful to him and the service staff at Lithia Motors. Work was done in a timely manner. Waiting area was comfortable and staff was friendly. The only thing they could have done better was offer me something to drink. I waited for just over a hour for the service.
The car shopping process at Lithia was a painless experience. They found the perfect car for my needs, and had it to me within 24 hours.
