We had driven the VW Atlas and fell in love. We did the dealing thru text and and paperwork was complete and ready to aign when we arrived to pick up our new car. Sejad was great to work with.

Everything was fine except I’m waiting to hear back about my one key fob which isn’t working. Communication was good except for this issue.

My wife and I were 1000000% satisfied with the customer service that Chad and Jason gave us. We went late afternoon and Chad did not hesitate to help us right away. He communicated openly and was very honest about the car we were looking at. He informed us every step of the way and Jason was also very honest and helpful. I had an unfortunate situation with my Volkswagen that required a backordered part, and the repair ended up taking nearly five months. While the extended wait was completely outside of the dealership's control, the team at Volkswagen of Des Moines handled the situation exceptionally well from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, my Service Advisor, Jontay, and Service Manager, Mark, kept me informed with regular updates, typically checking in about once a month even when there wasn't much new information to share. Their communication and transparency gave me confidence that they hadn't forgotten about my vehicle and were doing everything they could while waiting for the part to arrive. The dealership also provided me with several excellent loaner vehicles throughout the repair process, allowing me to continue my daily routine without interruption. When my vehicle was finally ready, they went above and beyond by replacing the battery, brakes, windshield wipers, and other items that had been affected by the car sitting for such an extended period. As a final touch, they even detailed the interior and exterior before returning it to me. Although the delay itself was unavoidable, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Jontay, Mark, and the entire Volkswagen of Des Moines team demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to taking care of their customers. I recently purchased a Jetta through the VW dealership and I am pleased to say that my first experience buying a car was made easily especially with the help of Sejad Dubinovic! As soon as we arrived to the dealership, we were quickly greeted by Sejad. He knew his products well and answered every question with a smile! Explained everything well and in a way that a normal person would understand it best product sales from a financial perspective ever. They listened to my co concerns and verified the problem and checked with my extended warranty to get it covered. Very awsome people.

With pleasure I am writing this review regarding the excellent service I received from VW Des Moines, specifically the salesman Sejad Dubinovic. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by him in a friendly, courteous and non-pressured manner. He used clear and open communication to find out exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Sejad took the time to test drive several vehicles with me to narrow down the options and possibilities. He provided transparent pricing using clear communication about costs and fees. Sejad Dubinovic is a great example of what dealership efficient process should look like; smooth paperwork, quick delivery, and minimal waiting times. His effort to reconnect with me on several occasions and find me the specific vehicle I was looking for made me buy the car from him. He perfectly understood my budget restrictions, the mileage, color, make and model of the car I was looking for. Vehicle Quality: I choose a car that had not been inspected yet but was "home grown" and serviced at their dealership all times. Sejad informed me this was going to be a Certified Pre-owned" car and anything found during the inspection would be addressed and brought up to the standards that come with being "Certified Pre-owned". Sejad and VW Des Moines dealership were true to this promise, and my car received several recommended maintenance services, alignment and new tires. This was a several thousand-dollar commitment they made at no added cost to me. This was above and beyond my expectations. I thank Sejad Dubinovic and Mark Mears to keep me informed during this process. Sejad exemplifies what a good car salesman is all about and I will gladly recommend him to my family, friends and co-workers. He made my car buying experience the best one I have had so far in my 55+ years.

I was driving from Chicago to Denver when I ran into strong crosswinds (20–35 mph) on the interstate. The steering felt so unstable that I was convinced something was wrong with the suspension of my VW Passat. I stopped at this VW dealer hoping someone could take a quick look. I typically hate even the thought of buying a new vehicle. from the pushy sales reps to the even more pushy finance managers. This experience was not that at all. It was the best sales experience I have ever had. Sajed was amazing. Patient, Full of Knowledge and was eager to make this as easy as can be. A few days prior I also bought my mother a new vehicle as well. at that point Emir was our sales person. He was so attentive and insightful about new vs. used vehicles. He was patient and so kind. Very best experience. The Finance manager, Riley, was also amazing. He knew what he was doing and explained everything so well and was up front and honest about everything. Everyone at this dealer ship always seems to have a smile on there faces and everyone is always eager to help in any way they can!

Had a great experience with Chad with Volkswagen of Des Moines. Additionally, I shopped around at several other dealerships, and what stood out to me was the professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness of everyone I interacted with. Chad listened to my budget, what I was looking for, and found the right fit for me. I love my 2025 Jetta Sport and even though it was a year old with 31,000 miles on it, it felt and looked like a brand new car. I will definitely be back and will and have recommended them to friends and family.

Just made our second purchase with this dealership! Mason was so helpful and easy to work with he got us the deal we were wanting for our trade and buying our 2021 Tiguan! We will be working with them again in the future for all our Volkswagen needs that is for sure!
