I typically hate even the thought of buying a new vehicle. from the pushy sales reps to the even more pushy finance managers. This experience was not that at all. It was the best sales experience I have ever had. Sajed was amazing. Patient, Full of Knowledge and was eager to make this as easy as can be. A few days prior I also bought my mother a new vehicle as well. at that point Emir was our sales person. He was so attentive and insightful about new vs. used vehicles. He was patient and so kind. Very best experience. The Finance manager, Riley, was also amazing. He knew what he was doing and explained everything so well and was up front and honest about everything. Everyone at this dealer ship always seems to have a smile on there faces and everyone is always eager to help in any way they can!

Fast service and stress free buying experience

Spent $1600 for them to fix my car and the second I pull into my apartment to pop the hood I see they’ve broken my windshield washer cap and tried to jam it back on there, windshield washer fluid all over the engine bay, was pretty upset initially, mark the service manager called me the next day and had a tech come out to my work place and fix the broken windshield washer fluid cap. Appreciate them making it right, and without taking any more of my time out of my day.

Had a great experience with Chad with Volkswagen of Des Moines. Additionally, I shopped around at several other dealerships, and what stood out to me was the professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness of everyone I interacted with. Chad listened to my budget, what I was looking for, and found the right fit for me. I love my 2025 Jetta Sport and even though it was a year old with 31,000 miles on it, it felt and looked like a brand new car. I will definitely be back and will and have recommended them to friends and family.

It is nice to work with people who are so welcoming. My last visit was routine maintenance on my brakes. They made everything go smoothly for me. I even knew approximately when the job would be finished. It is really good to work with them. And the work was done correctly. HIGH FIVE!!!
