I had an unfortunate situation with my Volkswagen that required a backordered part, and the repair ended up taking nearly five months. While the extended wait was completely outside of the dealership's control, the team at Volkswagen of Des Moines handled the situation exceptionally well from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, my Service Advisor, Jontay, and Service Manager, Mark, kept me informed with regular updates, typically checking in about once a month even when there wasn't much new information to share. Their communication and transparency gave me confidence that they hadn't forgotten about my vehicle and were doing everything they could while waiting for the part to arrive. The dealership also provided me with several excellent loaner vehicles throughout the repair process, allowing me to continue my daily routine without interruption. When my vehicle was finally ready, they went above and beyond by replacing the battery, brakes, windshield wipers, and other items that had been affected by the car sitting for such an extended period. As a final touch, they even detailed the interior and exterior before returning it to me. Although the delay itself was unavoidable, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Jontay, Mark, and the entire Volkswagen of Des Moines team demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to taking care of their customers. They turned an unfortunate circumstance into a truly positive service experience. Thank you!

I bought my mother a car here and emir was our sales person. He was amazing. Patient, kind, knowledgeable, all the things. The Finance manager Riley was also so amazing. Explained everything well and in a way that a normal person would understand it best product sales from a financial perspective ever. Because this experience was so amazing I turned around and actually bought myself an atlas two days later. Sejad was my sales person. He was also so helpful and knowledgeable!
