Zachary kept an open line of communication. The vehicle we actually wanted to see and we're scheduled to see ended up needing maintenance and he let me know ahead of the appointment to save me a trip and find out it wasn't there. But since he was also willing to provide other options and had a good line of communication we went and looked at the other option. We ended up getting a different vehicle than originally planned but I think it was the best choice for my family. He helped move things from my old car to the new. He was friendly. I forgot a couple of discs in my old vehicle and I contacted him and he told me he would grab them and have them for me when I went to pick up the spare key.

I grew up in the small town of Perry, IA until I moved to Johnston to attend highschool where I graduated. At 21, I moved out to Humboldt California where I spent the last 10 years and started working for Lithia. I wanted to move home so I transferred Lithia stores and now I am working here! I am excited to be home and selling Volkswagen. In my spare time I like to go disc golfing with my dog and friends, I like cooking good food, and I like to go see live music anytime I can. Those are all big reasons I am glad to be home because Des Moines has tons of opportunity to do all of those things. I really like selling Volkswagen cars because I not only get to meet and get to know a lot of different great people, but I also get to find them the car that fits their lifestyle and needs perfectly. Service team had an old phone number to contact me, my mistake. When I called for a update and requested a shuttle pick up, I provided my new number. Service rep said no problem. Never heard another word. No call from the shuttle driver, nothing from the service tech. Found a ride before they closed for the night to pick up my car, service team had left for the night 30 min prior. If my purchase contract didn't have free oil changes, I'd start looking elsewhere.

AJ was slick, smart and super friendly. He saw the 'big picture' very quickly when I worked with him; very adept at identifying goals and working with you to get the best possible deal. Great to interact with, very real and straightforward. Dwayne couldn't have been more welcoming and gregarious to my partner and I, and he put in the extra effort to get me a lower rate and better loan terms. Buying a car is stressful; but these guys helped get us in the nicest car we've ever driven (certified pre-owned 2018 WV Tiguan)... at a totally affordable rate. I'm very pleased.
