Stopped in for an oil change. What struck me is how clean everything is, and how well organized the are with their traffic flow, i.e. a first time customer does not have to wonder where to go next. I did not have an appointment, they were busy, but I was treated as if I was their most important customer, and the oil change, with their green-yellow-red inspection sheet, was completed faster than I am used to having had at other dealerships. I bought my car from them last March, what has impressed me is that in all of my interactions with this dealership I have been aware of the feeling that they honestly want me to have a good experience, and a safe driving situation. I have always felt respected and appreciated, which is something that most people do not experience when dealing with Car service or purchases.
Had an appointment, no one came to drive in drop off. I had to find someone to register the car in. 2-2 1/2 hours for a oil change? Only bright spot was the gentleman who finally checked me out. $100 for a oil change? Wow!
My college-bound son and I purchased a used VW Jetta and Andrew was our salesman. He was excellent! I appreciated the manner in which he dealt with my son -- and me. Andrew was also extremely knowledgeable regarding the Jetta and other cars on the lot. He went to bat for us with the price we wanted to pay and we were able to secure that price!! After the sale, Andrew was great with following up to ensure we were happy with the car. We will definitely seek out Andrew again when my husband and I are ready to purchase! Our interactions with Dwanye and Lamont were not as involved as with Andrew, and both gentlemen were professional! We did have minor glitches with the service department, but were they quickly and professionally resolved by Matt Johnson. He made it right. We will definitely shop at Lithia Motors again!
Everyone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It was one of my best experiences with buying a car. I had a negative outlook on car sales people until now .
Oh my gosh, can’t say enough about how well Lamont and the rest of the staff(Lashon, Georan) treated me! Got me the car i wanted at a price that i was pleased with! Will definitely recommend them to everyone!
We gave a good rating because the salesman and the financial business was great. The service department we weren't impressed with. We had to return the next day because they needed to get the license plate off the old car to put on the new car, because we bought the car on Memorial Day and the service department wasn't working, we also needed to have the windshield wipers replaced on drivers side because it was raining and leaving streaks making it hard to see. This took a couple of hours and then as my husband was driving home the replaced windshield wiper blew off in the middle of the pouring rain and he had to turn around and go back and almost got in an accident because he couldn't see well. They didn't have anymore replacement windshield wipers so they put the old one on and we ended up having to go buy a new one ourselves. Just felt like the service department was very slow and not careful.
Lamont Johnson is a terrific sales person. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best car salesman I have ever worked with in years.
Lamont did an awesome job taking care of us. Even fed us. Not bad pizza. Highly recommend the dealership and Lamont. You wont be disappointed.

I recently got my second leased car from Lithia VW. I have had great routine maintenance with no trouble getting in and out and Lithia offers loaners if you cannot wait! No one does that anymore. The cars themselves are great and they will make anything and everything right if you feel there is something that should be better. Unless you at least go and talk to them (I recommend Lamont Johnson) you will never know what you are missing.
Lamont Johnson was the sales man who helped us. He was very helpful, and got us in the car that was our first choice. It was a good experience and I would come back here again.

I gave the team at Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines 5/5 stars because they worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for our needs that fit well within our budget. We started out with Trey doing test drives and some vehicle walk arounds, then moved on to working with Lamont and Caleb on price. They were very upfront during the negotiation process and made everything feel very fun and relaxed. We did not feel pressured at all. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer as it was a great experience and left me feeling very satisfied!
We worked with Lamont and he went out of his way to find us a car that we loved. And when we found that perfect car but it was a bit out of our price range, he worked with Dwayne (business manager) and Caleb (sales manager) to get it to a more comfortable price for us. They even got the stores general manager Scott involved there for a bit to ensure they had done everything they could for us. Truly an above and beyond experience. Only negative was that it was a very loooooong process. We have bought and negotiated many used cars in the past and this was by far the slowest dealership we have been to. It took almost 6 hours total spread over 2 days to test drive just one car, haggle pricing and finalize the deal. So I definitely recommend this place to everyone, but you will need to plan PLENTY of time to do anything here :)

I walked into the dealership and was immediately impressed. The staff was very friendly and Andrew was right at the door to greet me. I had very little hope that they were going to be able to help me but they surprised me and went to work very hard and diligently to surcome several obstacles to get me in something that I would be happy with and get me 1 step closer to a better place in life.
Lithia has continuously provided us with poor service no matter the sales rep. We knew what car we wanted before we entered the dealership. Three days later we got the car at 5 pm in a snowstorm. We had to wait around for hours to see the finance person and the battery was dead in the car so the test drive was delayed. This is the only VW dealer in town so we are stuck if we want a VW.
Lamont helped me when no other dealership would! He didn't give up until I got a car. Would recommend for anyone. Thanks Volkswagen lithia!

Looked at this car online the night before. Called the next morning and talked to Lamont to see what we could do to hold this car till I could get there to look at it and drive it. He took care of that and I was able to come in that evening for the look and test drive. Lamont was an excellent salesman. Very easy to deal with, not pressuring or pushing the sale. Definitely knew his automobiles. Mostly concerned of what I thought about the vehicle and test drive. Also took the time to learn a little bit about me and my family and what the vehicle would be used for. Would definitely buy a new or used car from him again. Dwayne was also great to work with in financing/paperwork end of the sale. Lithia is probably happy to have both of these men!!!!!!!!!!
Lamont was great to work with. I came in to test drive a GTI to make sure I would be ok with the purchase we had planned for my husband. He answered all my questions and shared a lot of the features that I wasn't aware of in the car. Lamont and Gerry were able to get us a deal that worked. There was a bit of a wait after we decided to purchase, as the dealership was busy that Saturday, but Dwayne made the paperwork go fast. Everyone was really helpful and tried to make it up to us for having to wait.
Over the weekend I bought a VW GTI at Lithia Volkswagen and worked with Lamont Johnson. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. We had cruise control installed on our new 2017 VW Tiguan Limited as the vehicle did not come with it. The install was professional. We live 2.5 hours away and the cruise worked flawlessly keeping the speed within about a mile or so on our Missouri hill country.

We decided to visit Volkswagen, as an afterthought, on our way to purchase a Kia down the road. We were immediately assisted by Trey and Lamont, who promptly showed us the two options that fit our criteria, a Tiguan and an Atlas. They were both very knowledgable about the vehicle specs and features. We ultimately decided on a Tiguan. The manager Scott was very helpful in clarifying the purchase process and pricing. Financing was smooth with Dwayne. Upon returning to the dealership for a minor issue (glue residue), Randall was willing and able to assist us promptly in Lamont's absence. I would highly recommend Randall, Lamont, or Trey to help you find the perfect vehicle that works for your family and budget.
Lamont was very professional and easy to work with. He did not display the "pushy" salesman stigma. I came in with the intent to purchase a car and the purchase was made with a hand shake in 1 hour. they have the inventory i was looking for and the product was top notch. the less than positive... if you're not a patient person you will likely be frustrated. they seem to be lacking any sense of urgency once the papers are signed. in fairness, a voicemail the salesman left for me didn't actually get to my phone until 2 days later, so verizon has to take some of the blame.
This is the 2nd Jetta that we have purchased in the last 2 years. Absolutely love the dealership and its sales staff. Process is easy and did not feel any pressure at all.

This dealership is great. From the moment i walked in to buy my 2015 GTI, Lamont Johnson, the salesman I worked with, made me feel welcome. I told him which car I was interested in and he took me straight to it and we went for a test drive. Lamont let the test drive go for much longer than any other I had ever been on, which I greatly appreciated. Lamont showed me every feature on the car in detail. When we got back to the building I knew I wanted the car, but I wanted to get my fiance's approval first. She was at work and it was a busy day so it took me awhile to get a hold of her. Lamont patiently waited and didn't go to any other customers while we were waiting, he even made me a sandwich!! My fiance wanted to talk in person about getting the car, but she didn't get off till five, so at 4, Lamont and the management let me take the car home to Ames so I could show it to my fiance. She didn't actually get off till 6 and Lamont said not to rush the car back, instead, they let me use it for the weekend!! When me and my fiance came back on Monday morning, we both wanted the car but she had to get to work at 11, Thomas Clyce got our paperwork done quickly so she could get to work on time, he also got us a great rate! When I left the dealership they filled my tank full tank of gas. This was a great experience and I will definitely deal with Lithia and Lamont again!! Would for sure recommend to a friend!
I came into Lithia VW as a customer needing service on a vehicle i purchased elsewhere. While waiting i met Mr Lamont Johnson. Lamont and his colleagues made my experience buying a new car as smooth and simple as possible. I went in for an oil change and was able to leave in a car i absolutely love. With an interest rate a third of what i was paying. And a warranty that takes care of any worries. The best part of my experience was the people that represented your company. Dane Larsen was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I would be happy to work with Dane again. I ordered a car without actually seeing it. All of the cars that I looked at in the lot included all weather mats. When I picked the car up, it had to be brought down from Minnesota, it didn’t have the all weather mats. I was disappointed by this. it also has a dent on the roof. Dane told me they will fix this. I’ve asked a couple times about how to schedule an appointment for this but haven’t heard from him regarding this.
I had a great experience as a buyer at Lithia. The sales person I worked with, Dane, was knowledgeable and helpful. Dwayne in finance made the purchase process smooth and got me on the road in my new vehicle fairly quickly. The waiting area was very clean, up to date, and comfortable.
The service center at Lithia is disorganized and very slow. Drive to Minneapolis or Omaha for a new Volkswagen. You'll be disappointed in Des Moines.
Dane Larsen was an excellent salesperson who coordinated my trade- in and purchase of a 2018 Golf. He handled the shipping of the vehicle, and made sure all paperwork was expedited to my address in Texas. We picked up the Golf in Bryan,TX without any problems or headaches. He made this transaction seem quite effortless on our part. He is an asset to your team.
They were kind and welcoming. Answered all questions, and helped us with our problem effectively and efficiently. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name in the service dept, but he made sure I was taken care of.
My salesman was awesome. Getting something done with the service team was like pulling teeth. But finally they did get my requests done. My vehicle is still experiencing issues a month after purchasing it and spending cumulatively 2 weeks at the shop. Overall my experience with Lithia was messy and unorganized. But they helped me out in big way, but getting there was a struggle.

We went to the dealership to look at an used vehicle at Lithia VW. Zach greeted us, provided us with some options for new and used vehicles (that were the same price point). Ended up driving a new Atlas and loved it! Zach was very helpful, professional and made the process easy and fun (something I've never experienced when buying a car). Even the financing was painless; again a process I dread. Dwayne was awesome; very informative without being too pushy. I will recommend this team to friends and definitely consider them in the future!

We went shopping for a car for our son and at first we had a very good service/attention, however, once the salesman realized we were actually buying the car, he kind of put us on the side... Our credit response was taking long and instead of sticking up with us, he decided to go help another set of clients. We ended up dealing with the credit representative and left WITHOUT our car!!! He had said that the repairs that needed to be done could be done in an hour while we waited, but this did not happen! When he realized that, he said it could be done on Saturday, and if not Monday... When we told him the car was to be taken by our son on Sunday, he promised he would personally take the car to him ON MONDAY. Due to the way he said things, we were hopeful that the car would be ready for pick up on Saturday, and when this did not happen, he said that Monday it would be ready in the morning... Long story short, the car was NOT ready, it ended up being ready Monday evening. We needed to check that it was ready before he took it to our son, and he was NOT there for us to come (he said it was his wedding anniversary and that we could come Tuesday at 9:30, as if we had an open schedule like him). We ended up dealing with a bunch of other people because he was not there for us, and to make things even WORSE, he took the car all the way to Iowa City and left it WITHOUT a registration permit!!!!! Overall, we are very DISAPPOINTED in the service we got form this seller (Andrew Ruiz), and think that probably his sales commission should be divided among all the people who ended up having his back for him to be able to make this sale. We will definitively ask that Lithia Volkswagen is responsible for our car in case of liability.

I leased a brand new Jetta, that has now been in the shop 4 times for the same issue. I am currently paying for a car that I can't drive. I have attempted to get several people from different channels with VW to call me back. I am still waiting....
It took some negotiation, but the management did honor the ad that attracted me to the VW Jetta and brought me into the dealership. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Trey who is a very good sales rep for VW because he knows a lot about the cars and seems to truly believe in the quality of the cars. And I thank Dwayne in Finance for leading the sales team in making the deal I needed. The only reason I deducted one point from Caleb's review is because he said everything would be ready for me to pick up the car the next day at noon, but it wasn't. He didn't ensure that all staff involved with getting the car ready were there to help Trey finalize the deal.
Thought I was being taken care of correctly until my last 2 visits. Used to think very highly of Lithia but am questioning it know.
Helpful quick service Kyler was so very helpful and always available to talk answer questions. He got the car we wanted and the price was in our budget So easy to work with! I dont like paperwork but Dwyne was fast and we were in and out quickly! I would recommend these men to anyone looking for a car!
Awesome Sales - Trey was such a fun, honest guy that worked FOR ME! It was a pleasure. Highly recommend a test drive from Lithia VW of DSM. Prove me wrong. Dwayne sped me through the paperwork so I could speed off the lot in style. He even stayed late so we could finish the process.

The staff were all friendly, they just don't have it all together. Purchasing a new car I really felt unappreciated. When I picked up my brand new car after spending almost $30,000 I was literally handed keys and brushed off. It went down hill from their. I love my Jetta but it wasn't an easy transaction to say the least. I know not everyone experiences this at the dealership, I get that but even after taking it to Management still feel like a 2nd rate customer. He pushed it all off on the salesman who was 2 weeks out of training. It shouldn't bet that way. Very disappointed.
Have been enjoying the new ride. Andrew did a great job on the sale. Dwayne was friendly and informative. Averaged 35 miles per gallon on first tank of gas.
Appointments made & were told that walk-ins took priority (2hour wait). Personal information has been entered and submitted wrong several times. Issues 1month since purchase.

I found a Honda CR-V listed for a reasonable price. We went in to test drive and they took very good care of us. They found the best interest rate for me and got to a monthly payment I could afford! They even threw in an oil change twice a year for as long as I own the car at any lithia location. We drive in from an hour away and arrived an hour before they closed. They stayed late to help us out!
Lithuania Volkswagen of Des Moines provides us with a fair price on our trade in. We purchased a new 2019 VW Atlas SEL premium, which based on the features and the manufacturer and dealership discounts was the best value in its class. The process of trading in, selecting a vehicle, purchasing, and financing all took about two hours which is quick based on my past experiences.
I went in to just view car and I had 2 more dealerships to look at other vehicles. I walked out with a new car and I am happy about it. It was a bit of a whirlwind just because I wasn’t expecting to buy so quickly. I don’t remember everyone I met or talked to, but I do know that Andrew was the best car sales man I’ve been able to work with.
Kyler was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He was personable and accommodating. The area that he lacked knowledge in was some of the financial aspects of the sales process but was able to find out quickly any questions we had. Everyone worked hard and quickly to get us the car we needed.
The overall experience was very good. Andrew went above and beyond to make the experience the best he could . Dwayne made the paperwork painless and was pleasant to visit with.

I was looking for a specific Final Edition Beetle. 2 local dealerships were not successful in finding the car I wanted. I did a Google search and found my car on their website. I called and was connected with Brian Braak. I live 2 states away, so everything was done by phone , text and email. Brian made everything so easy. Financing was secured without any difficulty. This process started on a Monday. I drove to Des Moines from Indiana on Saturday and picked up my car. Everything was in order when we got there. Features of the car were explained. Paperwork signed and we were on our way back to Indiana. I just wished I lived closer to Lithia VW to use their service department!

We started out by viewing vehicles online and then contacted Mitch about a vehicle that we were interested in. He provided us with information and photos upon request and stayed late to help us complete our purchase!
When we walked in Brian greeted us with a great smile! He had called us and I told him what we wanted to do. I drove my VW Bug for them to rate for a trade in. They rated it and was a great report. When I drove up there was that orange Tiguan, to be mine. That’s how fast it all went, about fifteen minutes to a hand shake. Set an appointment for Monday April 22, 2019 at 1:00pm. Brian, Dwayne and Jerry were fabulous to work with ! signed a lot of papers on Monday with Brian and Dwayne. Then Brian was terrific helping an older lady to learn about her new ride. He gave me a follow up call to see how I was doing with the Tiguan! I enjoyed the experience and I love my Nemo! Thank you Volkswagen of Des Moines! I’ll be back!

I would have to express the service that they offered me was exceptional, but I would have to disagree on the paper work end of it, i felt that i was rushed through a lot of things and alls they wanted was the sale. Some request I had were planned, for example full tank of gas, and 300 dollars knocked of my car payment, once the paper work was ran up none of these two planned ideas, instead they put the paper work back to the same listing amount and still sold me the car for asking price.
Ok experience. Caleb is a great salesman to work with. Very friendly. Sales manager Dwayne was ok. I felt extremely rushed filling out my paperwork for the purchase. It was past closing time so I understand, but that wasn’t my fault. The customers in front of me took forever. Wish I would have gotten more for my trade in , but that kind of stuff is common. Multiple inquiries into my credit occurred though, which I get was unnecessary. That negatively effected my credit score. Very nice dealership inside though with decent amenities. Overall decent experience with the exceptions of the rushed paperwork and credit inquiries.
When we first went in we were not sure of what type of vehicle we wanted. The sales team showed us some different options and talked to us about what would best meet our needs. We are very happy with our final decision.

I knew that I wanted to buy a year old, low miles Atlas so I emailed about one they had and Georan responded right away to confirm availability. We were greeted by Trey when we came to test drive the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I wasn't sure it was the exact interior and exterior color I wanted, they said that they would work with me to locate exactly what I wanted. We decided to go ahead with purchasing the one they had in stock and worked with Trey. I was really impressed with him - he's honest, hardworking and even helped move my car seats in freezing weather. Dwayne helped me with all of the paperwork and financing. He was a joy and I probably could have spent all day chatting with them both. Not something you often say about negotiating a car purchase! Most importantly, I was impressed with how they treated me as a woman. They didn't defer to my husband during discussions about features or pricing. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend them both.
I worked with Caleb to buy my 2013 Nissan Rogue. Great experience beginning to end! Initially reached out with interest in the car I found on their website. I came in that day for a test drive, they weren’t too pushy and answered all of my questions. Got a great value on my trade in, and with a little negotiating I got the car at the price I was hoping for! Had a tire pressure warning light pop on after driving it off the lot, and Caleb got me in the next day to take a look at it (no issues with the vehicle). Would recommend working with this dealership for sure!

The salesperson Trey was outstanding and there were no issues with the sale of the used car. There was a VERY minor (but safety-related) repair issue so they were going to hold the car for a day or two until they had the 5-10 minutes to fix it. A few days turned into a week and communication was terrible. I called to ask if the tech could simply check the check engine light code while he was doing the other fix (something any autozone will do for free) and he refused, telling me I'd have to ask a salesman to ask him to do it. I was also told multiple times that I'd be called back and I was not. Also, they could not tell me the VIN of my new car when I asked for it for my insurance company. Finally, they told me to come in and pick up the title but when I called, I was sent to the Acura business office, where they told me the title would be sent to the county. The ridiculous disconnect between sales and service really ruins the otherwise good purchase experience. Two wings that should work together to maximize sales and sales after the service actually hate each other, and the customer gets caught in the middle. And I still don't have my car!

Had a phenomenal experience with Caleb. Did my research and comparative shopping before I came in, so I had plenty of questions and hurdles for Caleb to jump through. Test drive was very relaxed, negotiations were done with respect, and timelines were met. My car was ordered from Missouri initially, until the deal fell through between dealerships. Caleb was able to secure the car I ended up purchasing from Indiana, where it was shipped to Lithia, only one day later than I had initially planned for the first car. As a car guy who has tried a slew of manufacturers and dealerships, new and used, I have to say my experience with Caleb and Lithia was right at the top. I’d definitely recommend!

From my initial visit to the Lithia VW website to driving away with my new car, Morgan and Dwayne had answers to all my questions. Morgan seemed more like a friend than a car salesman and was easy to work with. I am happy with the deal they gave me, and the financials worked out the way I needed them to. Some of the wait times to get pricing information from managment seemed excessive, my overall experience was very good.
I was honestly shocked about how helpful and friendly and respectful the staff was. They listened to what I had to say and they did try and sale me some extra stuff but when k told them I'll did not want it they stopped.

I went in not knowing what to expect. Im a Maryland transplant and normally my Dad would assist me with buying a new vehicle. Randy joked I could pretend he was my dad and he would guide me as best he could. He worked closely with me and listened to what I wanted. In the end I left with a new car. He has assisted me with the after sale services I purchased and made it all seamless. Dwayne was fun and nice to work with through the financial aspect and paper work. They were both like dealing with a family member or friend more than a stranger or like other dealerships that try to force you into something.

Dwayne was our financer and was also very patient(we had our toddler with us) and kind. He explained everything in detail and was even able to get us a better deal than originally planned!
Computers were down but I wish the whole sales experience would have a little quicker. Overall the experience was good just wish they could have been a little quicker.
I told the sales person I wanted to pay cash for my car, I was told that I could not and was forced to take out a loan. Even though I will be paying off the loan very soon I don't think it is a good business practice at all. I like the new car, but I probably would go to another VW dealer in the future.

The ease of making an appointment, and their ability to keep me informed about the progress and status of the work being performed helped me keep to my schedule of things that I was in DsM area to get completed, as I am from outside the metro area. Dwayne was very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and he knew what I was wanting. I had actually met him on another visit in the dealership and I liked him then, so I made sure I asked for him when I went in to get my new car.
The car buying experience was good excluding the financial side. The only complaint that I have is that the financial department ran at least seven (7), yes seven, separate loan hard inquiries for my credit. That dropped my overall credit scores from 84 to 103 points depending on the bureau. I have seen this complaint submitted in reviews for Lithia in the past. If you come to Lithia be sure to ask who and how they are submitting loan requests!
Dwayne was and has been just AWESOME in helping me get into a good vehicle. Chris was instrumental in this great success, as well. I know salespersons jobs are to "get it sold", but I believe they worked hard to make it happen when they could have given up and moved on to someone who required less work. They were both very professional, were quite personable and were great at helping me to feel assured that they were on their jobs and knew how to get things done - and they got things done. I bought a used VW Golf from this dealership in August and I've had nothing but problems with it and I have had to put in over $2000 worth of necessary repairs. Every time something goes wrong, even though it is obvious...there is a $140/hr diagnosis charge which has never taken less than 2 hours. The shuttle hours are much less than the average 8 hour work day and my car has never been done in less than 3 days. During my last oil change they came up with over $1500 worth of needed repairs and marked them as URGENT. A second opinion said these were unnecessary for at least another 30,000 miles.
Brian and Jeremy make a great pair. They were both very personable. Brian went above and beyond in helping me search for a vehicle, making sure I saw everything each car had to offer, and was able to guide me towards one that I felt ecstatic driving away with. Jeremy made sure I understood all of the terms/conditions involved with financing a vehicle, and made it a delightful experience while signing the paperwork. They even stayed after close to finish the deal. Brian, our salesman, and Jeremy, in finance, were both excellent in their handling of our sale. From the moment we walked into Lithia Volkswagen we were treated like the most important people on the floor. I've purchased 10 of my last vehicles at another dealership and can say that I will return to Lithia for my next 10.
Needed oil change as well as burnt out running light and problem tire. Was out in 2 hours even though I was late. Would only have Lithia service the Jetta.
I worked with Brian to purchase my car and he put me in touch with Matt. Matt & Austin were great to work with. I needed to bring in my vehicle for an error code and needed a loaner. They were quick to find a time when a loaner car was available that I could come in and drop off my car. I had tight time frames for drop off and pickup but they weren't an issue. My car was fixed the day they received it and I haven't had any issues since.
Both my mother and I were looking to lease new cars. We are on a very tight budget and Brian and Caleb worked with us to get us safe cars within our budget. Brian had been incredibly helpful, as I was driving my old leased car 1,000 miles home from school, working with us within a very tight budget, and and was a great person throughout the whole process, not just a salesperson. I can’t thank him and Caleb enough for all their help. I plan to continue buying/leasing from Lithia VW for a long time. Brian and Caleb are amazing to work with, and VWs from Lithia Des Moines are high quality cars.
I didn’t have an appointment however I had two nails in my tire and needed to have it fixed right away I am a single lady and I did not have anyone to help me fix my tire they got me into the service department immediately and I had a new tire on my car and I was on the road again within just a few minutes I highly recommend the service department
Brian was the best vehicle sales professionals I have ever worked with. He worked with me over the phone during a busy work day and the vehicle was ready to go when I arrived at the end of the day. The best part was that after the sale was complete, he spent time going through the vehicles features so when I drove off the lot, I was ready to enjoy from the get go. Highly recommend.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I made an appointment for service because I received two recall notices about my vehicle. Unfortunately, only Lithia can provide these services, otherwise, I definitely would go elsewhere. First, I tried to drop my car off the night before and there is no clear direction about where to leave it or a drop box on the building - it's actually on the complete opposite side from where the Service entrance is marked. Second, when I called to check the status of my vehicle the next morning, I was told it hadn't been worked yet, but would be done in the afternoon. When I tried to call back in the afternoon to check, no one answered the phone. I got a ride all the way out to the dealership only to find out that my car hadn't even been worked on yet! No one called to tell me it wasn't done and would be kept another day, which was a total disregard for my schedule and time. Why bother to take appointments?! What a nightmare! Finally, I was told my car would be done by 9:30 a.m. the next day and it would be delivered to me. Good thing I wasn't waiting around - it didn't arrive until almost 3 p.m.! Again, total disregard for my time and my schedule. A two-day inconvenience is not worth me EVER having service done here again. I love VW and I've driven VW my whole life, but this dealership is the WORST. Sales talks a great game about Service, but Service never lives up to expectations. I was talked into giving them a second chance and again, totally not worth it! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I must admit, I now wish I had driven to Minneapolis and avoided this dealership. It is sad but I can not say anything pleasant about how the dealership dealt with me.
